Diane M. Ruebling, MSIR is President of The Ruebling Group LLC. Her extensive executive- level expertise in a range of fields, including financial services, manufacturing, non-profit and government make her one of the most well-qualified development coaches in the nation. Clients can leverage her executive-level experience in top tier companies like American Express, The MONY Group and Honeywell for their own success in areas like sales/marketing, human resources, organizational development and general management. Susan Beshalske – Executive Assistant

Susan Beshalske is responsible for scheduling and maintaining The Ruebling Group's calendars. She also coordinates special events. Prior to joining The Ruebling Group, she worked at Texas Instruments as a computer and peripherals spare parts planning manager; at Dataquest, a high-tech market research firm in the Silicon Valley, as a research analyst; at General Motors Corporation, as an editor of manufacturing process improvement white papers; and at American Express Financial Advisors, as a Group Vice President's assistant. She holds a degree in economics.

Machen P. MacDonald, CPCC, CCSC is the Founder of ProBrilliance Leadership Institute and the bestselling author of The Power of Coaching book series.

Marcia Hyatt

Marcia Hyatt, M.A. is an award-winning leadership coach and author. As co-founder of Waterline Consulting, she has developed thousands of leaders in a variety of organizations. She is the co-creator of the Waterline Coaching method, used by line managers for innovative, inquiry-based coaching. Prior to co-founding Waterline Consulting in 1991, she held leadership development positions in several organizations and served on the faculty at the University of Minnesota.

Marcia is consistently recognized by her peers for her work. She has co-authored chapters, books and articles on leadership and learning. In 2006, she and her business partner were given a national award by the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) for their work to develop insight and increase innovation. In 1995, she received the Minnesota Organization Development Practitioner of the Year award. Since 2006, Marcia has co--authored a column in the Minnesota Women's Press.
